LH Spotlight: Hybrid Training by Iron Plate Studios

As you know, Melissa has been working closely with Kristin & the team at IronPlate Studios. She goes into the gym to work directly with them, but IronPlate also offers a Hybrid Training program perfect for all you busy working moms & dads. We knew we wouldn't really do the program justice, so we asked Kristin to tell us all about the program and the packages they offer:

Hybrid Personal Training is an innovative workout program offered by IronPlate Studios that combines traditional In-Studio Personal Training sessions with their new online personal training program to help keep you on point every day of the week. Whether you’re looking for weight loss, physique development, transformation, or nutrition counseling, IronPlate Studios Hybrid Personal Training team can help you.

How does it work?

Meet with one of IronPlate’s Personal Trainers in-studio 1 or 2 days per week and then have your Online Personal Trainer customize and organize strength and cardio workouts for the remainder of the week. Your Online and in-studio trainers work together to create a total program that will maximize your results and keep you accountable for the whole week. Your online workouts can be completed at a time and location that is convenient for you.

Work with a live Certified Personal Trainer both In-Studio and Online - not just a pre-programmed, cookie cutter workout that many Online programs offer.

Flexibility with scheduled online workouts that are tailored around your work day, travel and family time.

Accountability: All sessions, even online are scheduled, so when your workout is completed or missed your trainers know about it.

Superior tracking: IronPlate’s online app tracks all your exercises and the progressions that have been made. The app also allows you and your trainers to track any other goals you may be working toward such as weight loss, measurements, before/after pictures, etc.

Stress-free workout sessions: All your workouts for the week will be planned and laid out so you don’t have to think about what to do each day.

Weekly or monthly FaceTime meetings with your Online Coach* to maintain accountability.

Nutrition guidance and meal planning (depending on package purchased)

Open Communication: You have unlimited in-App messaging with your Online Coach to which provides constant support and quick answers to any questions you have.

Variety: Your IronPlate trainers work together as a team to create variety and appropriate progressions both in studio and home workouts to help prevent plateaus and continuously progress you toward your goals.

Kristin Reisinger, MS RD CSSD, is the founder and owner of IronPlate Studios, an elite and private fitness and nutrition studio in Hoboken, NJ and IronPlate Online. A Personal Trainer for over 20 years, Registered Dietitian for over 12 years and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) for 9 years with a background in obstacle course competitions and NPC Figure competitions, Kristin has helped hundreds of people in the tri-state area lose weight in a healthy way and achieve a physique and athleticism that they never thought possible.

Kristin also maintains clinical experience in exercise physiology and nutrition, with prior significant work history at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center’s Cardio-Pulmonary labs; St Michael's ICU, Newark, NJ in nutrition support; and Christ Hospital, Jersey City, as an inpatient and outpatient Registered Dietitian.

Kristin is an avid yogi, snowboarder and surfer, loves to travel and lives between East Brunswick, NJ and Wildwood Crest, NJ with her husband Jim, 10-year old yogi daughter, Sophia and 2-year old dachshund, Nala.
