Turmeric Power


When I started learning more about the healing power of nutrition, I learned about the health benefits of turmeric and was completely blown away. I think I’ve recommended it to everyone I know for some reason or another. It’s something I must have in my home at all times.

Here are just some of the proven benefits of this powerful root:

  1. Anti-inflammatory - Turmeric fights inflammation in the body which contributes to so many ailments from Alzheimer’s to cancer.

  2. Anti oxidant super power - Antioxidants = anti aging = gorgeous skin!

  3. Happiness - Turmeric may boost serotonin and dopamine, yay!

  4. Pain relief for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

  5. Reduces blood sugar and cholesterol

Isn’t that incredible! Turmeric has a peppery taste and can be added to almost any meal or salad, or made into a tea to sip at the end of a long day.
