It feels like every week I’m coming here with tips for sleep and/or relaxation - but I think we can all agree this topic can’t be covered enough. These remedies are not one size fits all, so hopefully one speaks to you! Over the last few weeks I’ve been experiencing a lot of sleep disruption. My usual remedies weren’t doing the trick, so I decided to try something new - magnesium oil spray. I have been having a lot of success with this and now I absolutely had to share it with all of you!
Magnesium is an essential nutrient that almost all of us (especially women) are deficient in. Many of us need some kind of supplementation as we don’t get enough in our diets. Proper magnesium levels in the body can improve sleep, mood, regulate blood pressure, prevent muscle spasms, and more. I use Aimee Raupp Beauty Magnesium Oil and put ten sprays either on my belly or on the bottom of my feet every night before bed. I can truly tell you I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my ability to fall asleep and the quality of sleep I get. This oil is pregnancy and nursing safe as well!
