As a young girl, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. I have always had a passion for health and wellness. I love helping people feel better. Even more, I love helping people take their lifestyle to the next level, supercharging their health before illness strikes. This is why I am so lit up by my work as a holistic health coach. My first client was myself.
When I recommitted to my yoga practice several years ago, I fell down the rabbit hole of holistic living and I never looked back. I learned about whole foods and plant based eating, meditation, journaling, funky tasting drinks like kombucha to revitalize your gut health, and so much more. Before I knew it, I found myself in the Berkshires on a spiritual retreat meditating with hundreds of other women! I had finally come home to myself.
I spent a year before I got pregnant creating an ideal home for my future baby. I cleaned up my diet – got rid of processed foods, kicked diet sodas to the curb for good (and never looked back – as a 3 can a day girl this was HUGE!), calmed my monkey mind through yoga and meditation, dabbled in essential oils, and just really began to mother myself in preparation for carrying a baby. To my husband's and my delight, we became pregnant with our baby girl in October of 2015.
During this time, I was studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition because I knew I wanted to share what I had learned with the world. In July of 2016, my daughter was born and in November I officially graduated IIN. Since then, it has been my complete joy to help other people make the nutrition and lifestyle changes that set them on their own path towards their “home state”.
“Home state” is my term for the feeling of wholeness you get when you’re living your truth, on YOUR right path, and stepping into the state of health that is ideal for your individual body. It’s like a day at the spa you can access any time!
My private mentorship program is the keystone of what I do. Working together, we navigate through your current diet and lifestyle habits and find what works and what doesn’t. We tap into your intuitive voice and learn what feeds your body allowing you to feel like the vibrant mama you are. Whether you are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or a busy mama on the go, I am your guide on the side, helping you make the choices and decisions to create the wellness and lifestyle plan best suited for you!
For Little Hoboken readers, I am offering a FREE 20 minute consultation call to see if this program is a match for you! On top of that, anyone with a Little Hoboken Hook Up card will receive 10% off the total coaching package price!
