LH Spotlight: Asana Soul Practice

*Sponsored Post*

Over the last several years, yoga has become an essential part of my life. My yoga practice has introduced me to new friends and experiences, quiets my ever-buzzing mind, and was a source of strength and comfort during my pregnancy. Now, as a busy mom, I value even more those sacred moments on the mat, carving out time for myself that will serve me as a mom, wife, and career woman.

When I walked into Hoboken’s newest yoga studio Asana Soul Practice, I felt immediately at home. The space has a zen energy and a sleek appearance. Owners Celeste & Marc, met on that street and and told me how exciting it was to watch their vision come to life. Asana Soul is a lively and creative yoga studio that focuses on vinyasa, meditation and FUN. An in-house DJ uses his specially selected music to motivate, inspire and transform you.

After a long week battling a severe cold, I took the Friday night restorative yoga class taught by Robert Foerster. The class was exactly what I needed to relax and ease into weekend mode. It was an hour-plus of juicy restorative poses mixed with complimentary aromatherapy to enhance the benefits of the poses. I left practically floating on a cloud!

With classes for all levels and unique workshops like GIRL POWER (for tweens ages 8-14), Mommy/Daughter workshops and prenatal classes (coming soon), this studio has welcoming souls on staff to help you & your family find your zen.

All new members get a FREE week of yoga to try it out. But of course, this is Little Hoboken, so we scored you MORE. We have a $100 gift certificate to giveaway!
